This program gives participants a global view of the hospitality industry and covers a wide range of hospitality topics and trends. Not only will they learn how to plan an event from start to finish, but they will also learn the first steps of what it takes to become a leader and entrepreneur.
World of Culinary Arts
This program gives a global view of the culinary industry. It also offers a unique opportunity to learn from top chefs in our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchens. The students will learn how a professional kitchen works, prepare a variety of dishes and desserts – with a focus on chocolate and pastry – and find out what it takes to start and manage a restaurant business.
World of Entrepreneurship and innovation
This program gives youth an easy way to develop their skills, explore their interests, unlock new passions and make new friends. All this in one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
Our dynamic Swiss summer program takes a holistic approach to participants’ growth. We blend engaging, hands-on learning with real-life experiences to boost confidence and create lasting memories.
Swiss Language Club
We welcome all levels from beginners to advanced speakers to learn a new language or improve one they already know. Before arrival, an online test will help to determine the applicants language level and find the right fit!
Classes take place in the mornings with the rest of the day filled with a variety of exciting activities and excursions.
