Why did you chose the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland?

In Vietnam, to be a chef is to hold a low position in society. It means you are always in the kitchen and you will not be respected by others. That’s why I want to study at Culinary Arts Academy, where culinary professions are held in the highest of regards. My dream was to bring Vietnamese cuisine to the world and to change my home country's perception of chefs.
