Building the confidence to become a Chef

What has been your experience studying at Culinary Arts Academy?

Very good. Exhausting, but a good kind of exhausting. I feel at home here. Arriving here, I felt like I'd been here before, you know? I've made closer friends at Culinary Arts Academy than I have at home. You're surrounded by people from all over, but it's like we're all a family. 

I think my favorite thing is probably just knowing that being here, it's going to make me into a Chef. My ambition is to open my own restaurant and I know studying here will allow me to do it.
