Mr. Benoit Samson, Swiss Education Group Chief Brand & Marketing Officer and Ms. Sophie Senjaric, Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Director of Human Resources led the discussion introducing the incredibly diverse job opportunities that a hospitality education opens doors to.

Reinforcing a close relationship with a diverse industry, Swiss Education Group’s education model develops important skills that are needed even outside of the traditional hospitality world. Thus preparing graduates for bright futures in finance, human resources, luxury management, design, revenue management, e-business, high-tech, spa management, event planning and more!

With her expertise in Human Resources, Ms. Sophie Senjaric shared how industry/education partnerships, like in the case of Four Seasons and Hotel Institute Montreux, create a deeper student experience and offers added value to employers. She also looked at the role women play in the field and introduced Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts’ approach with specialised programmes targeted to women.

Swiss Education Group extends its thanks to our partner Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and to the gracious hosts of the George V Hotel in Paris for accommodating the Press Conference.
