Members of Chinese Hotel Association make special visit to César Ritz Colleges Lucerne
On a European tour, 20 Chinese Culinary Masters visited Lucerne to discover training opportunities, meet connections in Switzerland and learn about culinary arts traditions across Europe.
César Ritz Colleges Lucerne warmly welcomed the distinguished delegates and provided a guided tour, a special lunch prepared by our culinary and pastry students and a special Swiss themed culinary demonstration.
The highlight of the visit was the opportunity to peak inside a culinary class in session and exchange directly with the students during class.
