Business communications combined with European cuisine and chocolate and pastry made for 4 weeks of education indulgence for these Taiwanese students.
Kai Ping Culinary School has joined forces with Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland for a unique International Bridge Program welcoming Taiwanese culinary students to Switzerland on a short-term study experience.
The 4 week programme is designed as a fast tracking introductory course for culinary students looking to master not only cooking but the business side of the industry too. During their stay in Switzerland, the Kai Ping students studied business communication, spent time learning the art of chocolate and pastry and were introduced to the basics of European Cuisine.
4 weeks living amongst our Lucerne Culinary students inspired new friendships and cultural exchange. Alongside their studies, the students experienced some of the best of Switzerland through excursions to Titlis, Gruyère and the capital city Bern.
Sherry Hsia, Director of International Bridge Program joins Alain Belizaire, Executive Director of the Swiss Education Academy to sign the partnership between the two institutions.
