A Restaurant of my Own!
Hotel Institute Montreux and Swiss Hotel Management School graduate, Alice Bonadei is living her dream and loving every moment of it!
The opening of her first franchise restaurant, Simply Asia, in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, was a big change for Alice who had previously been working in Front Office Management. The success of the Thai food and noodle bar has encouraged Alice to already be planning the next restaurant opening, which will take place in within the next year!
Congratulations Alice and it is exciting to share in the success of our Hotel Institute Montreux and Swiss Hotel Management School graduates.
