HIM and CRCS Sign Dual Award and Degree Agreement with Czech University of Life Sciences Prague
The cooperation with Hotel Institute Montreux (HIM) and César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (CRCS) with the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CULS) opens up new international education and practical training opportunities for CULS students looking to strengthen their educational experience in the hospitality industry.
The agreement, coordinated through MSM the International Union of Youth, follows a brand new partnership format for the Swiss Education Group engaging CULS students from the beginning of their education journey to ensure opportunities for a clear learning path in hospitality.
Stage 1: During their first year of studies, the CULS students have the opportunity to attend a 2-week summer Introduction to Hospitality module in Switzerland giving the students a first taste of the Swiss experience.
Stage 2: In their second year, a lecturer from Switzerland will travel to the Czech University to deliver a weeklong specialized hospitality course.
Stage 3: The third year of studies will be spent at Hotel Institute Montreux or César Ritz Colleges Switzerland following the International Hotel Management course curriculum.
Stage 4: At the end of the 3 years students will gain hands-on experience through an internship opportunity in Switzerland or abroad.
Upon completion of the Double-Award or Degree Programme, students will be recognized with a Swiss Higher Diploma in International Hotel Management from the Hotel Institute Montreux or a Bachelor of International Business Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland alongside their Bachelor in Business Administration Degree from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
