127 Diplomas Presented to Hotel Management Professionals

127 successful graduates of César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland were awarded their diplomas in a ceremony held at the Simplonhalle in Brig.

It was a time of celebration for students who have finished between two and four years of study in order to earn their degrees.

An Inspiring Ceremony
Returning to his place of study, Tuomas Laakso, Vice President, International Hotel Development Marriott International, Inc. & The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, spoke of his career and the success he has achieved with a qualification from César Ritz Colleges.
In an official farewell from the city of Brig, Dr Eduard Brogli, City Chancellor, congratulated students and spoke of the strong relationship which exists between the city and the school.

Promising Career Prospects
With their qualifications in hand, the 127 graduates join a network of more than 12,000 successful alumni from more than 85 nations, who are working in leading roles around the world.

  • 6 Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management
  • 36 Master of Arts in International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management
  • 10 Master of Science in International Hospitality Management

Culinary Arts Academy

  • 6 Certificate in Swiss Pastry & Chocolate Arts
  • 8 Swiss Higher Diploma in Culinary Studies
  • 12 Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts
